Dobler Data Solutions grew out of two decades of business intelligence consulting on the Microsoft Azure stack, serving the mid-market it knows intimately. That experience is exactly why we walked away from the billable-hour model. The constraint was never talent — it was leverage. Every pipeline and every insight depended on a person with finite hours. So we industrialized it, and became a platform company rather than a staffing firm.
